Nov. 6 – Update: Usage graphs and alerts are now working correctly on all platforms. Some members may see days missing in their usage charts until the usage data is re-populated by the software vendor’s database team. Thank you for your patience while this issue was being resolved.


Member Alert: A recent database error has resulted in incorrect alerts and usage graph information on the TVEC Member Service Portal and myTVEC mobile app for members with traditional monthly billing. Pay as You Go prepaid electricity customers are not affected by this issue.

For those of you with email and text alerts, you may have noticed the last several usage alerts showing identical usage.

This is the result of a communication error between the service that provides the alerts and graphs, and the system that takes the meter readings.

Database administrators are working to resolve the problem. We will update this post when the usage data is updated and displaying properly.
