All TVEC offices will be closed on Presidents Day, February 19, for an all-employee training event.
Crews will be available for any outages or emergencies. SmartHub and the automated phone service at 800-720-3584 will be available for any payments and outage reporting, as well as the outage hotline at 800-967-9324.
Normal hours will resume on Tuesday February 20.
