Update March 20 – The lobbies will be closed until further notice as we follow the guidelines of local, state and national officials in response to the current coronavirus pandemic.

To protect the health of our members and our staff, TVEC will temporarily close our lobbies. Our field operations will be ongoing, and staff will be available for member assistance by phone and our Kaufman office drive-thru window.

Making Payments

Payments may be made 24/7 through the TVEC Member Service Portal (link), the myTVEC mobile app (link) or the automated phone service line, (800) 720-3584.

Payments may be made at TVEC offices using the night drop access, but please do not place cash in the night drop. Cash payments will be accepted at the Kaufman drive-thru window. Cash payments may also be made at Fidelity Express locations.

Member Services

TVEC member services representatives will be available by phone to answer any account questions, take payments and set up new service. On-hold times may be higher during this time, but we will work diligently to take care of everyone as quickly as possible.
