Multiple TVEC members have been called by scammers in the last few days.

Members have reported being called multiple times by someone claiming that electric service would be disconnected unless payment was made by adding money to a payment card.

TVEC representatives will never call demanding immediate payment, or request money to be added to any payment card.

If you suspect you are being called by a scammer, please report the activity to law enforcement.
