UPDATE: This payments issue has been resolved. The automated phone system may again be used for credit card payments.
• TVEC automated phone system payments are currently limited to electronic check.
• We are working with our payment systems provider to resolve the issue
• Credit cards may still be used through SmartHub, in person at TVEC offices or by contacting the TVEC member services team during business hours.
• All other payment methods are not affected.
The Trinity Valley Electric Cooperative IT team is working with our payment systems provider to resolve an issue affecting credit card payments and our automated phone system.
Currently the automated system is not able to take credit card payments. Members who wish to pay by card can go through SmartHub or contact TVEC Member Services by phone.
