TVEC’s SmartHub system will be down for maintenance and updates from about 12:30 a.m. until about 3:30 a.m. on the morning of March 3.

This will affect all account maintenance operations through the website, SmartHub mobile app and via the automated phone service.

Outage reporting will not be affected – Please report any outages at 800-967-9324 or via Outage Texting if you have signed up for it.
