TVEC payment and account management systems will be unavailable for about three hours Tuesday morning, July 15, beginning at 121:30 a.m.
This will allow time for essential maintenance and upgrades. This will affect all forms of payment including automated phone services and payments through the SmartHub app.
All services are expected to be restored between 3:30 and 4:30 a.m.
