It’s More Than a Meeting!
The Annual Membership Meeting is one of our favorite co-op traditions, and this year, we’re bringing the TVEC community together again for a night of food, fun, family and cooperative connection.
Join us Thursday, October 8, 2026, at the Canton Civic Center. All ages are welcome, so bring the family and come spend the evening with your cooperative community.
Doors Open: 5:15 p.m.
Dinner: 6 p.m.
Annual Meeting: 7 p.m.
Attendance is open to TVEC members and their families.
Where The Co-op Community Gets Together
The Annual Membership Meeting is a co-op tradition that goes back to the very beginning, but it’s about much more than conducting cooperative business.
It’s a night for members, employees and neighbors to come together, enjoy a meal, have a little fun and connect with the people who make up TVEC.
And yes, there is a meeting! At 7 p.m., we’ll take care of official cooperative business, hear updates from TVEC leadership and share a look at where we’ve been and where we’re headed.
After all, TVEC belongs to the members we serve, and Annual Meeting is your meeting.
A Full Night of Food, Fun & Family
There’s plenty happening before the official meeting begins. Come early and make a night of it!
Good Food
Dinner is on us! Join your fellow TVEC members for a meal beginning at 6 p.m.
Family Fun
Annual Meeting is for the whole family. All ages are welcome, with activities and plenty to see and do throughout the evening.
Meet Your Co-op
Connect with TVEC employees, learn more about cooperative programs and services, and meet some of the people who work every day to serve our members.
Make the Most of Your Night
We want your Annual Meeting experience to be easy from the moment you arrive. A little planning will help you spend less time figuring out where to go and more time enjoying the evening with your co-op community.
Arrive Early & Let Us Help With the Rest
Parking is available at the Canton Civic Center, and TVEC employees will be ready to help make your arrival a little easier. Look for our courtesy carts in the parking lot, where employees will be available to pick you up near your vehicle and give you a ride right to the door.
Doors open at 5:15 p.m., so arrive early to give yourself plenty of time to park, check in and enjoy everything happening before dinner and the meeting begin.
Check In When You Arrive
Make registration your first stop! Follow the signs and have your membership information ready to help keep the check-in process moving smoothly. Once you’re checked in, you’re ready to enjoy the night.
Visit the Booths Before the Meeting
Don’t head straight for your seat! Take some time before the meeting begins to visit our booths, meet TVEC employees and learn more about the programs and services available to you as a member.
Don’t Forget Your Goody Bag
Be sure to pick up your Annual Meeting goody bag when you arrive. It’s one of our favorite traditions and our way of sending you home with a little something extra.
Follow Consider It Hot for a Special Prize

Stay Until the End for the Grand Prizes
You’ll want to stick around! Our grand prize drawings will take place at the end of the Annual Meeting, so don’t head home too early. Must be present to win.
