8:50 a.m. – This outage has been restored. Crews found a failed insulator that had been struck by lightning. 8 a.m. – TVEC crews are responding to a large outage affecting more than 700 members south and east of Frankston this morning as thunderstorms and showers persist

10:30 p.m. March 4 – TVEC crews are out in force as thunderstorms have left scattered outages in the northern part of the service territory, particularly north of I-20 around Wills Point. Response may be slowed somewhat by continued storm activity and flash flood warnings are active
