As we move into 2026, TVEC will be adding more digital communications to our arsenal in an attempt to keep you better informed and hold down postage costs. This means many of our routine communications will be coming to your inbox rather than your mailbox. For members without email information on file, postcards will still be mailed.

Now is the perfect time to make sure your email address is up to date in your SmartHub account so you never miss an important notification. If you have opted out of our Constant Contact email lists, let us know if we can re-subscribe you, or use this form.

Why go Email-First?

As a non-profit cooperative, Trinity Valley Electric Cooperative is committed to using member dollars responsibly. One area where costs continue to rise is postage and printing for mailed postcards. Email gives us an opportunity to efficiently communicate directly to members and at a much lower cost.

This includes:
• Pole inspections
• Underground transformer connections
• Line maintenance and upgrades
• Planned outages
• Tree trimming
• Herbicide treatment

How to Stay Informed

To ensure you continue receiving these important updates, please log in to your SmartHub account now and confirm that your email address is up to date.

Keeping current phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing information on file helps us serve you better and keep you informed when it matters most.

Members can update their information in several convenient ways: email memberrelations@tvec.coop, submit an inquiry through SmartHub under “Report Issue,” call Member Services at 1-800-766-9576 Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., use our online form, or visit any TVEC office in person Monday through Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
