Member Alert: We are currently experiencing a phone outage. This affects our toll-free and local lines to our office and member services department.
The automated service number, 800-720-3584, is still available for payments, outage reporting and account information.
Account information and payments may also be processed through the Member Service Portal at tvec.net and through the myTVEC mobile app.
The outage reporting hotline – 800-967-9324 is also unaffected.
