Manage Your Account Directly From Your Mobile Device!
The mobile app gives you secure access to maintain your account information, to view your bills and payment history, to manage your alerts and reminders, and to make payments on one or more accounts directly from your mobile device. The app also allows you to register your accounts to receive push notifications for account milestones, such as an approaching or missed due date or your daily usage.
How to Download:
The myTVEC App is available for iOS and Android devices via the Apple Store or the Google Play Store.
How it Works:
- Once the app is downloaded to your device, the app uses the same login as the TVEC Member Service Portal.
- If you have multiple accounts, you will be prompted to choose which account you would like to view once you have logged in.
- Exploring the app is easy! Use the left and right drop-down menus to view everything about your account. The information you see is shown in real-time, so it’s always accurate.
- The mobile app also lets you set up account notifications. You may choose which notifications you would like to receive by email, text or as push notifications in the app itself.
