Update: All system maintenance has been completed and all of the normal functions of the automated phone service are available.
TVEC’s automated assistance line – 800-720-3584 – will undergo maintenance approximately 8 a.m – noon on Wednesday August 15.
Calls to this line will be forwarded to our member services representatives to assist with any account inquiries, bill payment or other needs.
Outage reporting will be unaffected at 800-967-9324 or through outage texting.
This post will be updated when the system is restored to normal functionality.
