Trinity Valley Electric Cooperative has an automated outage reporting system that incorporates caller-ID to quickly determine who you are and where you are located on our power lines. When you call our system from the number on file, the information is relayed to our control center where personnel can quickly determine the size and severity of the outage and dispatch repair crews accordingly. This automated outage reporting system can only locate you if we have your correct telephone number(s) on file.
