New Law for Ag Tax Exemptions

Effective January 1, 2012 TVEC members who are claiming an exemption on their electric bill for agriculture or timber operations must obtain a registration number from the State Comptroller.

TVEC Retires $3.1 Million in Capital Credits

During its September meeting, the TVEC Board of Directors approved the retirement of more than $3.1 million in capital credits.
